- Simply Grand Cotons is a dedicated breeder of the Coton de Tulear, located in Phoenix, AZ. We are committed to the health, welfare & preservation of the breed focusing our efforts on keeping the Coton de Tulear a rare breed. We are vehemently opposed to AKC recognition of the breed & we adhere to the FCI Standard for the Coton de Tulear.
